Managing and taking care of a property is multiple jobs rolled into one. Extensive knowledge of local laws, business matters and technology is required in order to meet the complex demands of a property management company. Our aim is to keep the properties we manage in pristine technical condition.

Most of these jobs are handled directly by the Seaside Property team. We also work closely with competent professional service providers (lawn care, pool service, repairmen…), with whom we’ve established trusting long-term relationships.

Each of our properties is inspected on a weekly basis (Home Watch-Service). The outside of the property is checked as well as the inside, including the technical equipment. We also collect your mail once a week.

Besides taking care of your vacation home, we also offer extensive services in the vacation rental area.

We work together with several reputable rental agencies that have been in business for many years. Your property will be offered mostly in the German-speaking market, but in order to optimize the occupancy rate, it will also be advertised in other European countries as well as the U.S. and Canada.

The Seaside Property team is available as your local contact for all parties involved. For private homes, we are the connection between you, the home owner, and the service providers. If you are thinking about renting out your property seasonally, we take care of your guests and are available when they have questions or experience any problems.

Seaside Property is a professional team where each member will take excellent care of your property. We mostly handle Cape Coral and Pine Island, but we also take care of properties in the surrounding areas.
